  • 1. Canceling a Contest Entry

    Before Contest Start: Users may withdraw from a fantasy hockey contest before it begins, provided they do so within the designated timeframe mentioned on the contest page. Upon successful cancellation, the virtual currency used for entry will be credited back to the user's FantasySportsFi account.

    After Contest Start: Once a contest has commenced, cancellations are no longer allowed, and the entry fee becomes non-refundable, as results depend on real-time hockey player performances.

  • 2. Contest Cancellation by FantasySportsFi

    Minimum Entry Requirement: If a fantasy hockey contest does not receive the required minimum number of participants, FantasySportsFi reserves the right to cancel the contest. In such cases, all virtual currency used for entry will be refunded to participants.

    Technical Issues: If a contest is disrupted due to system errors, server downtime, or other technical failures that affect fairness, FantasySportsFi may cancel the contest and issue refunds.

    Violation of Fair Play Guidelines: If a contest is canceled due to breaches of our Fair Play Policy or platform rules, refunds may not be issued for users found in violation.
